By Jeff Lyons - The winter storm will move up from Arkansas during the evening hours. Snow should begin between 8 and midnight. Heaviest accumulations of 3-5" will be over SW Indiana and Western Kentucky, with 2-4" likely over Southern Illinois. The snow may mix with rain during the morning along the Western Kentucky Parkway. Snow will end by midday Tuesday, and then we'll see partly cloudy skies through the end of the week. Highs will rise into the lower 30s and lows will drop into the 20s and upper teens for the rest of the work week.
