WHITESVILLE, KY (WFIE) - Allison Brant was in court Friday morning and a circuit court judge ruled to present Brant's case to a grand jury.

Brant is facing felony charges after Kentucky State Police say she had an ongoing affair with a 15-year-old boy.

The Commonwealth's attorney says the next grand jury will be hearing cases in December but no decision has been made how soon Brant's case will be heard.

Brant pleaded not guilty last month to rape and sodomy charges and misdemeanor charges of supplying alcohol to four minors.
