EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - An Evansville man is arrested after mall officials say they found him getting high.
Evansville police say they were called to Eastland Mall around 8:00 Wednesday night to investigate reports that Tristan Matthews, 21, had been huffing inside the mall.
Evansville police say Matthews had a warrant out for his arrest.
When they arrived, police say they found Matthews wandering around outside.
A search of Matthews coat produced a can of computer duster and 19 Xanax, police say in a report.
When they arrived at the jail, police say they found two straws and a razor blade.
They say in the report that evidence suggests that Matthews had been snorting the pills.
Matthews is charged with inhaling toxic vapors and possession of drugs and paraphernalia.
He is being held in the Vanderburgh County jail.
